Mental Wealth Ambition supports your child's educational needs through a targeted discussion session to identify supports like mental health resources, 504 plans, and IEPs. If needed, we’ll provide a personalized assessment request letter with important educational codes and timelines.
With the student success package, our staff are available attend your child’s initial 504 or IEP meeting via video conference to collaborate with the school on goals and interventions. You'll also receive two 5-minute phone calls to discuss your child’s progress and next steps.

504 or IEP assessment request letter will be tailored to your specific child and provided to you. This letter includes educational codes for CA school districts, timelines for assessments, and educational rights pertaining to assessment and timelines.
